It was spell-binding and meditative. The experience informed, immersed and facilitates the audience to channel Van Gogh in an coloring art experience. Notes to consider in visiting the expo: -Have patience in reading. This is not just an art presentation. You will be reading passages of the life of the artist and the inspiration of the paintings. -Wear comfortable shoes because you will be walking in different rooms. -Taking photos is allowed but don’t use flash. -I suggest going in early like 9-11 AM or in evening where there are less people. -wear something nice :)

A must-see gem here in Raleigh. I absolutely love this Van Gogh Immersion event! I experienced everything the event had to offer! Of course, there are no original pieces of art, but everything was made to look as it should! There were plenty of photo opportunities and many large writeups about the various pieces of art and the history of Van Gogh and his life! It is still running until the end of April! GO... you won't be disappointed!

It's a bit pricey. But interesting. I didn't learn much new about Van Gogh. I think it's nice for young people. There's lots of lights and sound. There's a virtual reality component of the tour, which I thought was included in the ticket price, but they're charging $5 to wear the occulus head set. Nice selection in the gift shop.

I thought this was a really cool exhibit! The real selling point is definitely the immersive experience. We sat in there for the entire thing! There wasn't a ton of people since you had to make a reservation beforehand. Overall really nice! Only gave it a 4 star because I think the price was a little high for what there was (we finished everything without doing the VR in about an hour).

Exceptional experience. Not crowded, educational, the VR at the end is mind blowing. Even non art lovers can appreciate the art. My heart rate got so slow because it was relaxing too. Great way to spend a few hours!

The event fun! MY experience started by driving two hours in the rain to Raleigh be apart of this event. I brought my excited gf and my 7 year old boy with me. My child was having a newly developed enthusiasm for this artist, so i had to endulge. It was also one of my favorite as a child to. We all had fun learning and experiencing the Van Gogh way. There was an art display with Van Gogh information about his life and interesting . Also, creative video explaining Van Gogh perception of his mental struggles and the use of his colors while being color blind. Exploring room to roo. Totally dedicated to Van Gough was amazing. With a room with 360 degrees of his heart coming to live, a room with virtual reality, and another where you pretend to be the famous artist and recreate is art. My kid loved the VR and the art coloring room. Can't wait for the experience at this venue

We did the painting experience as well as the immersive experience. I had a great time painting. The immersive experience was great but I am not sure I would have been happy with the drive and the cost if we hadn't done the painting too.

Took my mother to this exhibit and she I loved every second. It has wonderful immersive art that you could spend hours watching. Genuinely it felt meditative. Everything was laid out beautifully and was an enlightening peer into the life of a very troubled but genius soul. Great for anyone of any age that appreciates art history.
